SEA-S is a public-private joint venture established to manage urban hygiene services in the Municipality of Savona.

The majority public partner Ata S.p.A., controlled by the Municipality of Savona, holds 51% of the share capital. The remaining 49% is held by the private industrial partner, represented by the temporary association of companies formed by Docks Lantern spa e Idealservice Soc. Coop.

The Municipality of Savona has direction and control responsibilities; through its offices, according to the principle of loyal collaboration between public administration and private entities, it collaborates with the company for the successful outcome and proper development of services, while simultaneously exercising control over the company and the conformity of the services.

The industrial partner, through the contribution of its thirty years of experience in the sector, has organisational and operational responsibilities, contributing directly and indirectly to the provision of services and the development of Sea-S.
