To allow for proper management of reports and ensure the completion of collection activities in the area, users are invited to report any missed waste collections exclusively after 10:00 AM on the day following the scheduled collection day.

To ensure proper management of reports and successful completion of collection activities in the area, users are kindly requested to report any Missed waste collections exclusively after 10:00 on the day following that indicated by the exhibition schedule.
The collection service may still be ongoing on the morning of the day after the waste has been put out, and therefore, before 10:00 AM the operators' activities in the area cannot be considered concluded.
For this reason, should the withdrawal not have been made yet, we kindly request that you Wait until 10:00 AM before contacting the Call Centre or sending an e-mail report.
The reports received before 10:00 they will not be able to be picked up, as the collection service may still be in the process of being completed.
Waiting until this time allows for confirmation of non-collection and for a more effective and timely intervention.
