In collaboration with the Municipality of Savona, The Sea-S 'Door to Door' project, Move on to official regulation.
All citizens and businesses will receive a dedicated communication at their address, by post, with all the news about the new service.
The letters will arrive in the letterbox between 12 March and 18 March. If you do not receive the letter at home, before going to collect the kit, please contact our toll-free number 800.453.562.
Below are all the instructions for participating in the change of your city:
INFORMATION attending meetings at PALAEAS
The launch of services is preceded by dedicated information campaigns for both citizens (domestic users) and businesses (non-domestic users – assimilated non-domestic users – large producers).
To clarify all aspects related to the new service, to receive valuable information and useful advice, and to learn about municipal regulations in this regard, we invite you to attend the public meetings.
To best organise attendance across the various days, the presence of 1 FAMILY UNIT MEMBER and to attend the meeting dedicated to Your neighbourhood.
Where? In the PALAEAS, tensostructure located in Piazza del Popolo near the entrance to the Court.
Below is the schedule of briefing meetings.
EQUIPPED compulsory withdrawal of the KIT free
Withdraw the MANDATORY AND FREE KIT AT YOUR ASSIGNED SITE which is indicated in the letter received by post.
Locations and times for collecting the KIT:
Check the letter for where you need to go to collect the KIT, bring your letter with you and go to your assigned distribution point. If you have not received the letter, please contact our toll-free number 800.453.562 before collecting the kit.
For users located in the centre of Savona:
Collection of KIT between 01/04/2025 and 26/04/2025.
Where
· at Palaseas in Piazza del Popolo: Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 14:00, Friday and Saturday from 08:30 to 20:00 and Sunday from 08:30 to 14:30
For users located in the Villetta/Valloria, Villapiana, Lavagnola, Sacro Cuore area, Darsena, and low-density areas (Levante) neighbourhoods:
Collection of KIT between 01/04/2025 and 10/05/2025.
Where
· at Via Pietragrossa in Legino (hereMonday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 08:30 to 14:30
For users located in the Legino alta, Legino bassa, Oltreletimbro litorale, Oltreletimbro alta, Fornaci/Zinola districts and Low-density zone (Ponente):
Collection of KIT within the period from 01/04/2025 to 24/05/2025.

· at Via Pietragrossa in Legino (hereMonday to Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday from 08:30 to 14:30
To collect your kits, you will need to bring your letter of invitation and valid proof of identification. Anyone unable to collect their kit in person may authorise another person to collect it on their behalf by completing the DELEGATE as reported in the letter. Those unable to collect their “Kit” during the distribution period can still collect it afterwards by booking on the toll-free number 800.453.562.
For the activation of new household services, it is essential that all users are correctly registered for the Savona Municipality's Waste Tax. If you are late registering, it is important to complete it as soon as possible by contacting the Municipal Tax Office to avoid issues during the next stages of service activation.
