code, which you will need to complete the application, will be sent to the indicated email by clicking on the button:<br>\n    <span class=\"font-weight-bold\" style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Go to checkout<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\t<p class=\"font-weight-bold\">It is possible to apply for only one of the three profiles.<\/p>\n        \n\t<p>All mandatory fields must be completed, uploading the required documents.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>We recommend you prepare the following documentation in electronic format (PDF or image format) so you can easily upload it to the portal:<\/p>\n\n\t<ol style='margin-top:0cm' start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n\t\t<li>Copy of driving licence (for profiles where required);<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Copy of identity card;<\/li>\n\t\t<li>A copy of a valid medical certificate of fitness for sporting activity (required to be able to take the gymnastics test);<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Copy of Curriculum Vitae;<\/li>\n\t\t<li><strong>Possible<\/strong> copy of the residence permit;<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Copies of the certificates for any training courses you have completed, for the assessment of qualifications as indicated in the Notice.<\/li>\n\t<\/ol>\n\n\t<p>With reference to the completion of the table set out in point <span class=\"font-weight-bold\">3. TITLES<\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">quite precise<\/span> which will need to be completed by entering the employer in the first column and the user company in the third column. If the user company is the same as the employer, the employer's details will need to be repeated.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>Don't worry if you can't complete the registration now, you can save your progress by clicking the button <span class=\"font-weight-bold\" style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Save<\/span> and finish at a later time, by accessing the section again <span class=\"font-weight-bold\" style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Work with us \u2013 Go to the application<\/span> inserting your access code, received in the first email.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>In this case, attachments uploaded in the saved draft will not be stored. You will need to upload them again to complete the draft and proceed with submission.<\/p>\n\n\t<p>Before submitting the query, please check carefully that all the data entered is
