From Monday 3 November 2025, the entire LOW DENSITY ZONE will also be served by a capillary differentiated waste collection service for all waste fractions: Organic, Paper and Cardboard, Plastic and Metal Packaging, and Dry Residual Waste.

On some islands, to serve areas where it hasn't been possible to install kerbside glass collections, there are also containers for the collection of this waste stream.

To allow for a gradual rollout, the proximity islands are not fitted with locks. Locks will be applied shortly and The keys will be delivered to your home by SEA-S operators, along with the new calendar for low density.

When can I dispose of waste in the nearby collection bins?’?

Waste at local neighbourhood recycling points is collected according to a pre-established schedule. Therefore, disposals must only take place according to the NEW LOW DENSITY SCHEDULE, attached to the bottom of this page.
